I'm Katryne
I am a PhD student living in Saskatoon, SK. I am the owner and baker at Mad Batter Bakeshop. I have always loved baking and have turned my passion into a business. I enjoy making all desserts and trying anything new in the kitchen is a real pleasure. I am married to a wonderful and supportive husband who is used to coming home to a disaster of a kitchen when I am experimenting. I also have two dogs (Bilbo and Pike) and four cats (Smaug, Yasha, Thorin, and Vex’halia). We are a nerdy family so our animals are named after characters from the Hobbit and DnD characters.
